I can now confirm that I have been commissioned to write a York Notes Advanced study guide on Khaled Hosseini's book, The Kite Runner.

The book, which has been on the bestseller lists for over two years now, and won the 2006 Book Club Book of the Year Award, is now being made into an A-level set text. My accompanying study guide will be aimed at those studying for A-levels or at university and will investigate the book in details.

It is due for publication in Aug/Sept 2009, but the manuscript needs to be written by the middle of January.
